Galaxy
I had the pleasure of being the recording engineer for "Galaxy" music video by the band "Spud", off of their upcoming album.
The Video was recorded in Association with RWB Video Productions and Amlyn Productions I had a great time with Spud, and great time with friends recording this video. Click the Pictures to be directed to their facebook pages!
Along with recording the audio, I was the mixing and mastering engineer for this project. The project was recorded in Logic X, mixed and edited in Pro Tools, and Mastered using Izotope's Ozone 9.
I decided in the recording that the best approach was a minimalistic one, to keep microphones out of the video shots, using only 2 overheads on the drums, SM57`s for guitars, and SM58's for Vocals, and a DI bass.
